It should not take over a week to do a diagnostic & cleanup of my laptop. Also, if I'm told my phone call to check on the status of my computer will be returned, I expect it to be returned. Why should I have had to call again the next day then have to wait 3 hours for this call to be returned? For $154.00 my computer is still slow. However, everyone working there is very nice.

They are very friendly and I got my purchase in a good time limit.
