I was greatly appreciative of the help I received by phone on my first contact with Bisconti. Most customer support would just tell you to bring the computer in and have it checked out. In fact it was this response alone that gave me reason to bring the computer to you. My frustration was when I brought the computer in, I was told it would be two or three days and I would be called letting me know what was found. My work is totally dependent on the computer. Well, a week later, I had heard nothing and so I called to find out the status of the computer. In fact I called twice. The second time I was told that it was finished, and I could come in and pick it up. Better customer service would have been to have told me up front it would be a week and then to have been called in two or three days saying it was finished. Otherwise, I was quite pleased with your work.

Needed help replacing a dying hard drive. Techs at Bisconti were informative and explained causes, options to fix and cost. I’ve used them in the past and will use them again. Reliable company

I usually purchase hardware directly from the manufacturer website but this time I wanted to support our local small business community.
Staying with the buy local theme I worked directly with Biscnti personnel and the experience was fantastic. They listen to my needs and wants, asked relevant questions and helped me select the system that matched my expectations. Bisconti Computers had everything off the shelf that I was looking for, and if they didn't they would build the machine I wanted. Interestingly, they didn't upsell me the computer I was looking at but rather sugested a better match that cost less than the one I was leaning toward. I can honestly say it was a pleasure working with Bisconti Computers and have no buyers remorse regarding the system or customer service I recieved.
