I didn't have too much work done all you did was put in the antivirus. They told me they would call me after a couple of days but I waited a week and I had to call them then I was put on hold for 10 minutes gave up and I had to call back later otherwise my experience was fine

My laptop crashed. I was devastated. The folks at Bisconti Computers calmed me down. They were in touch with me every step of the repair. Jeff not only knew his job, but was always comforting me and giving me great information on what we should do next. Bisconti Computers does not have that "Big Box Store" mentality. They are very personal and kind, and they know what they are doing. I will be back.
