Visconti computers is my choice for computer issues. They listen well to my issues and after assessing the computer they offer solutions that I can understand (I’m not very tech) along with the benefits of each fix.

The people I worked with were very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of what I did and did not already know. When I needed to call about a concern, they were patient and calm. My repair was on time and complete.

These guys were great! Had no knowledge of computers, and as soon as I walked in they understood my position and helped me build a custom built PC!

May be a little pricy, but the fact they order, ship, and build everything in a timely matter is worth it.

So far have not had any problems, and the manager is awesome!

Highly recommend for those with or without experience building PCs.

Also their techs were great when talking with them and asking them questions over the phone.

I liked how they ran the diagnostics to let me know how to proceed and how much it would cost me. Nice staff and the service was done in a timely manner.

I went to Bisconti to stay local and avoid big box issues. I brought in my la[top which was exceedingly slow ... with possibility it needed some IT-care and expertise that I don't have. I knew going in it might be time for a new laptop and they confirmed that for me. I purchased one and they needed time to transfer contents from the old to the new. When I did pick it up and got home, I quickly realized that many files had not been moved. So I took it back and it took some time, but the technician identified that I was working from two different e-mail chains and the Cloud would need time to adjust/accept. (my IT lingo, not theirs). I took it home and could see that the transition was occurring. However, I still had to manually complete the effort, which is ongoing to this day. Overall - a pleasant experience and I look forward to taking advantage of their annual equipment review.
