The technician at Bisconti computers helped me make the best choice for our household concerning my computer.

The staff is very easy to work with. With few words they understand our needs and provide the best advice and direction for us to insure our website reaches more clients.

Very slow and I had to call several times to get an update. Communication seems to be an issue. Computer appears to work fine, so the quality appears good

The people who helped me were friendly, informative and above all, honest.

The machine they built me is nice, but I feel I paid a premium for it. I do not like that they WILL NOT DO REFUNDS OF ANY TYPE! As of yet, I am not impressed with the services I thought I was getting for the price I paid.

I am very glad that I got a protection plan with Bisconti Computers because there have been several occasions when they spent hours working out problems on my computer and my phone. These were complicating problems and they were willing to stick with it until the problem was solved. Not only are they helpful but they are pleasant!
