Everyone there is pleasant. They do good wok however, it should not take 8 days to run diagnostics and updates on a computer.

Tried charging me twice for something that should have been included in the original fee. I don't know what happened to this place but they can't get even the simplest stuff correctly anymore.

Rude customer service, unhelpful and wasters of time and money.

Complete joke of a business, just got off the phone with an employee that stated they'd have to charge me to fix the computer they had *just* handed to me the day prior, saying that it was good to go. I can't install an OS on it and they want to charge me since they "fixed" it. I have the world's most expensive paperweight now.
