Dropped off my MacBook. After around a week of not hearing anything back, I called to find out the status. They said they were still looking into it. Several days later, no update, so I called again and they said they were still working on it. Unable to fix or diagnose the problem. They promised to call back that day, which they didn’t. Called back again a few days later, and ultimately it wasn’t fixed.
They even didn’t get the make and model of the laptop correct, saying that it was a known issue with 2018 MacBooks. Even though clearly the one I dropped off was purchased in 2020.
