I’ve used their service many times over the past 20 years, always fast service at their office and 3 times in the past year I’ve had to have one of their techs come out to our home and office to fix software problems. Their charges were always reasonable and guaranteed. In fact last month my wife and I decided to forgo the BugBox stores and purchased a new laptop from Bisconti. We’ve had no problems with the pc, the price was fair and they even helped with initial setup at no charge. Should we need help again, they’ll be the first place to visit. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Most of the time your service is OK but there have been times when our request for updates on our website have been delayed or misplaced. A quicker response to our emails requesting articles placed on our webpage would be appreciated!!!
