Can't compliment the service I received enough. I was in urgent need of computer laptop and the service people were very helpful and attentive. I recommend to anyone who wants to avoid the big chain stores.

Service was performed as requested. The computer had a new battery installed and requested an annual tune, as per TV and radio ads. I believe this was complete, but I wish there was a recap of issues found, such as malware, corrupt files, etc., to better understand the work completed.

Bisconti was able to recover all of my data from a very dead hard drive. It was a bit long time and a bit pricey for the needed deep recovery efforts but worth the wait and the price to have data again not otherwise available.

My experience with Bisconti was great. They explained to me what it was going to take to retrieve data off of my back-up drive and were upfront about what it could cost. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My hard drive was processed quickly through Bisconti to a third party for processing and back to me. While the cost was high by the third party the handling of my backup drive went very smoothly through Bisconti.

I took my computer in for advice and help to see what I needed and completely open to going ahead and buying a new computer and printer. They had my computer for one week. After which they told me my old computer was old antiquated and I needed a new one. Lol $100 later,, took a virus off the computer customer and gave me a price to build a new one nothing like i ask for. I ask for just a basic all in one computer but they didn’t have anything in stock so I went elsewhere . I went to another store and they were very helpful and Friendly, I purchased a computer inside of 20 minutes.
