So I bought a new RTX 4090 Graphics card, but like most I wasn’t really prepared for what I was receiving. The card was much larger then I had anticipated and it wouldn’t fit in my case! I went to carving my case like it was a pumpkin in a desperate attempt to try and fit it and when I did finally get it to fit and plugged it in there was no video output. To say the least I was very sad lol but I brought my tower into bisconti and told them my issue with my card in a separate box and they worked very hard during the holiday week and weekend to put together my build! They told me my issue was my power supply that was causing no video output signal even my psu for my 3080 was not enough! But with a new psu and a new case that they put together what is the most beautiful pc I have ever owned I am more then happy with the customer service and working with me to get me going with the bare...

I find Bisconti Computers to be a very professional business. Whenever I have had issues with my computer, I have gone to them and they have detailed what they would do. After they found the problem, they call, explain what the issue is and tell what the cost will be to fix the problem. I have recommended them many times to friends.

The local store is conveniently located to my office. The staff is very knowledgeable about product options to fit your computing needs.

Of all the years I have been buying computers this was THE FIRST TIME i actually enjoyed it and completely satisfied.
The manager actually listened to what i thought i wanted, asked me specific questions what it was gonna be used for, asked how much i had to spend, and then built me a system to meet and ability to be upgraded when i needed it.
came with a two year warrantee.
if I want to add parts and upgrades as long as i buy it from them (prices very reasonable btw) its installed FOR FREE.
No "box store" has that.
only regret is not using them earlier

Bisconti Cmputers did a good job for me. They got my old Apple computer back up and working again in a few days. Good Job
