I would say 5 star but it took two tries to get my lap top fixed and not really sure I needed the upgrade to W10, but it is fixed and I am pleased. Price seemed reasonable. Now if my Frontier internet would work all the time I would be happier.

Visconti was a big help in determining what computer would best fit our needs. They were very professional and prompt. I would definitely recommend them.

Bisconti's was great to work with. This was my first time working entirely solo with a repair shop to get something fixed. Their customer service was better than id expected, the people on the phones were very understanding with me if I was nervous about something. All in all 5 stars a great first experience with repair shops as a young adult. Totally understanding people, and they dont charge you without explaining why the charge is being made
