I paid for "Express Service" on a Friday night. On Tuesday when I called, the gal (very nice gal - I believe her name was Allie) was surprised it was Express. When I picked up my computer, the technician who checked me out was not reassuring as to what was found or what they did. If I need computer help again, I will probably go somewhere else.
