2 of the problems that I brought my Lenovo to you did not get fixed. 1. Even though I didn't do what would've been needed to snap or tile 2 windows side by side on the screen, 2 windows were split down the middle of the screen. 2. I said that some appearances on the screen such as music videos were in windows 10 format, 1 of the technicians said when I picked my computer back up that none of the presentations on the screen were in Windows 10 format, some of them were. Some of the musicians appeared full screen, but when I tried to scroll so that I could read comments below the musicians, I couldn't. Another feature that I don't like about Windows 10 is that the appearance of videos that are related to the one I'm watching and listening to is in big blocks horizontally across the entire width of the screen instead of appearing vertically in a sidebar on the right side of the...

From the first time I walked into the business they were prompt. They listened and gave me positive information about my problem. As it turned out, my Mac Pro was too old to update, so they looked at computers to replace the Macpro but then my son stepped up and gave me his Mac mini. The employees are very respectful to clients. I appreciate them and by the way I heard about them on WR OK I will be back if I need any issues. Thank you.
