I cannot say enough about Bisconti’s customer service!
Everyone was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient (explaining to someone who is not a computer guru) what was being done to recover some information off of my hard drive.
Ali was especially wonderful and I appreciated her calls with updates on the work that was being done SO much. She also helped me with questions about transferring of files and set me up with the equipment that was needed. (All of which was available at their store front!)
Do not hesitate to utilize their expertise when you need help with your computer!
