I have been bringing my laptop to Bisconti Computers for years and do not plan on taking my business any where else. Your staff is friendly, knowledgeable and takes time to explain any laptop problems on a level I understand. I feel their pricing structure is fair and when I receive my laptop post repair the problems are always gone. If not, I know they will take care of it as a good service center should to retain a customer.

Bisconti helped me out of a situation where the blue screen of death shut down my PC for recording in the studio. They diagnosed and found the problem, ordered the parts and got me back in business. Much appreciated. Great work at a fair price!

They did what they promised

Me and my family have been wanting a gaming PC for a long time now. Saving up for the right moment we finally decided to get a gaming PC. We came across bisconti computer's online. And read reviews and Decided to visit them. Friendly staff greeted me and my father. And helped us through the process of getting this PC built. After spending a significant amount to say the least. We were told it'd take up to a week to build the PC. Everytime we got worried or anxious and decided to call them for a progress update. They'd always provide information regarding the product. And did so in a friendly manner. After some time again we called. And bisconti staff said they'd needed a little more time to finish The PC. And not to expect it that day Sad we hung up only to be surprised With a call the very next day as the staff heard our disappointment and worked extra hard to get the PC to us Early....

Excellent support, in home service was great

They were great. My computer is working great perfectly. The customer service was wonderful. I mainly worked with Allie and I really appreciated her communicating with me throughout the process of building my computer. I kind of figured with the supply chain issue still that when she said up to two weeks that’s how long it would take, but it didn’t. She called me a few days after I made the order to let me know they were just waiting on two parts. Then two business days after that they said I could pick it up.
