Usually, Bisconti is very helpful in the past when I’ve come to them before. Your website says same day or next day when referring to a call. I took my computer in to get it fixed. 2/28/23 (Got an update March 7th. Ordered a display cable & they upgraded ram. Then another two weeks goes by, saying that the motherboard needs to be replaced- that it would cost $536 dollars to install. That was not in the agreement. I wasn’t going to pay that, so I got my money back. Found out later that the computer wouldn’t turn on.. Had to buy a new one. 3 weeks. That is how long my computer was in the store.
