Everyone at Bisconti was very friendly and worked hard to get my MacBook back up and running. They very promptly identified the problem and were persistent in trying to overcome an unexpected issue. I was kept updated on the progress regularly. Pricing was reasonable, and I would definitely use them again if needed.

Bisconti Computers was very helpful from the time I called them on the phone telling them I had been hacked and needed my computer wiped out . I was able to take it to them immediately and they promised to call me with whatever they found. We were leaving for Florida & they got my computer cleaned & ready for me in a short time so I have it with me. I would definitely go back to them if I ever need and I highly recommend them.

My computer would not accept the password that I knew was correct, called them, brought it in, Jeff started on it immediately, about 4PM. It was ready, the next morning, ended up being more complicated than originally thought. Works fine now. My go to computer store.
