I like Bisconti

I have a Protection Plan with Bisconti Computers and I'm glad I have it. They have always been able to walk me through my computer difficulties with patience and expertise. Sometimes they were able to connect with my computer and see the problem and other times I had to bring my equipment to them. They even helped get to the bottom of an iPhone problem.

My MacBook quit working. It was going to cost a fortune just to have Apple diagnose the problem. From the day I dropped it off at Bisconti Computers to the day they gave me the diagnosis, the Bisconti staff was friendly and efficient. The cost of the diagnostic was fair and they kept me updated as they worked on it. Once they made the diagnosis they explained my options in detail. I decided to replace my laptop instead of repair, but if I ever have an issue with a computer again, I will definitely take it to Bisconti. I highly recommend!
