The problems have not been resolved ! Took my laptop and printer in because I was not able to print. Was told that I had "Micro-trend" controlling my laptop computer which I believe came from having "trend" installed on the laptop in January 2023 by Bisconti. To date I am still having problems printing.

SECOND OF ALL - It has now been more then 10 days when I brought my township computer in to be "upgraded". The techs have manage to lose all of the files that were on the computer which were to be uploaded. For being "professional" and supposedly knowing their jobs- they apparently didn't bother to do a backup on the files before they did anything EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!

Bisconti and staff are awesome! They can fix the hard things, but are also so very patient on the easier (i.e. operator error or less than intelligent questions)!!

They did everything that they needed to, but none of the things that I asked them to do. I'm not a computer person and asked for a few things, but didn't receive them.
