I was not contacted until a day after the promised time after the diagnosis. When I was contacted all it amounted to was an up-sale call for updating the OS and anti virus and installing a solid state hard drive. I told the person when I dropped off the computer what the issue was that I wanted fixed and I was not interested in installing a new OS. I asked the person that called if the issue that I brought in for had been fixed and she said that she didn't know.
