My review should be a 3.5 but didn't want to be too harsh. Very nice staff. However, there are some fundamental issues I discovered after only a couple of encounters. When the service was completed, there was only a quick verbal pass down on what the issue was and how it was resolved etc. They may have notes in their computer, but this should be provided to the customer. Also, I paid for a business 24 hour turn around. When it was past the 24 hours, I was not given a call. When I brought it up as an issue, no one followed up with me to apologize or explain the delay. I would have accepted any explanation should there have even been an attempt. I really want to support a small business, but these are two big roadblocks for me. They may have technical prowess, but the service side needs to improve.
