Very friendly staff

People are friendly and very helpful. I was able to get all my questions answered when I brought my computer in.

I appreciate Bisconti because I never have to worry about my computer giving me problems. I’m not computer savvy, so I leave that to the professionals.

This is the first time I have used the phone in help and it was wonderful. All my questions were answered and I could see exactly what the answers were and was being done and during the work. Very friendly service on top of that!

The man that came was knowledgeable to fix the multiple issues we had , explained things that we were not computer literate about in ways we could understand
