As your records will show I brought my computer in because it was not updating windows on a regular basis. when I left my computer with you, I also had signed up for the yearly security package on my computer as well as the ability to bring it in for any necessary problems. When I returned to pick up my computer, I was given no pertinent information as to what was actually done. Just that it was working now. Upon returning home I find the desktop completely different including background, coloring and location of all my icons on the start page. Not a big deal. When I looked for my Quicken books to start doing some information I wanted to get to I found that was not there. Also, my Norton software was no longer there as well.
