First I went to a few other places and all they did was say here's the computers we have let us know if you want one and Very rushed But at Bisconti they took time and showed me their computers told me the features of them not rushed at all

The staff was very friendly and quick to service. We brought in all the parts to build a pc and they did it with ease. Had one tiny issue after the build and they were very quick to resolve it. I would definitely go back and recommend their services

Bisconti is great! My son wasn’t sure if he wanted to replace parts in his existing computer or buy a new one. At Bisconti, the staff directed him to replace the grafix card and a few other things. We did that and a few days later they had his computer up and running like a brand new one! They are fast, efficient, and communicate very well! Highly recommend!

I took my laptop in for a simple password reset, which was fine. They did that. But while they had it they called to ask if I wanted them to clean it up to make it run better. This was a rarely used fairly new laptop, it ran fine. Not when I got it back, it's all jumping around and hard to do anything on it. I have only used it once since getting it back & that was just to change the password. That was so frustrating I've just left alone after that.
I feel scammed..

They were very respectful understanding of my son who has autism they were honest and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need I appreciate their honesty and their respect for their customers
