Took my computer into Bisconti Computers in Rockford, IL. Very professional and courteous and they had my computer fixed, cleaned out and running in no time. I definitely trust them and will go back if needed.

I brought a hard drive in for recovery, asked if Bisconti had experience to do this work, stresses that time was critical and was completely let down. No call back and when I called to check was told that Bisconti could send out to a third party. I replied that I could have done that without waiting for two days with no results.
