I went in with a power problem on my laptop and that's what I told them. They said they had to do a "diagnostic" process to ensure what the problem was. After a week they called to tell me there was a power problem. DUH!!! Another week passed before the part was received and I got the laptop back, total charges nearly $200. When I got it home it wouldn't connect to the internet. I called and they said they'd have to look at it to determine the problem. The 40 mile drive and their slow diagnostics weren't worth their supposed 30 day guarantee on work. So I spent a day and a half learning more than I wanted, ending up opening up the machine to find out that they had left the wireless adapter antenna disconnected. I reconnected the wires and everything is fine. I don't doubt that if I had taken it back in there would have been more complications and more charges....

Our diagnostics determine the problem right down to the exact part and sometimes to get it right it takes a little longer. The customer never had a power problem again. After 19 years people know we stand behind our work and warranties with no additional charges.
