I was greeted right at the door. Mike was very nice and helped me choose parts for a gaming rig. Prices were very reasonable. Can't wait for it all to be assembled!

Terrible. Needed thermal paste done. Came in with 60 fps performance, left with 12 fps performance. Then, they tried to accuse us of breaking it. They also forgot to plug my blueray back in; then attempted to accuse us of their mistake. Would NOT recommended. Very disappointed.

Great staff (Robert and Lauren) and good experience. They were quick to diagnose my tablet and provide a report. The repair cost was $80 less than what the manufacturer was charging. I would much rather support the local home grown business than the big box chains. Good job guys, keep it up!

I brought my Toshiba lap top to Bisconti Computers after visiting the store I purchased it from, Best Buy, because Best Buy wanted $70.00 to look at it for 4 missing machine screws on the backside of the lap top. They also needed two days to make the repairs. When I brought it to Bisconti, Robert Bisconti installed the missing screws immediately and wished me a Happy Holiday NO CHARGE. I learned two things from this experience: One when I need another computer I will come here first and two I will always bring any computer to them for service as they truly know what customer service is all about.

Very slow service and bad communication. My laptop had a virus, and they never called me by the specified contact dates and times. Very frustrating. I'm hoping my computer actually works when I am able to get it back from them.

After taking my ipad mini to them not only did they not fix it, they charged me for repairs that were never made, after reassuring me they could fix it. I now have my ipad back with out a screen, before it was cracked and at least worked. Now it doesn't even work

This is a really great place. I would recommend this place to anyone. They are really funny an it was a really great shopping experience.

I would never go back to Bisconti Computers again. They charge $69 just to look at your lap top and tell you it is broke.....no kidding I knew what was wrong with it in the first place. It took 3 weeks for them to finally give me some options of what to do. I only had a cracked screen and their two options were to order a screen from China which would take 2 months and cost $469 or they would get me a refurbished laptop and transfer the data from my old one to that one for $469. It seemed that $469 was the magic number around there. I would call to check on my laptop and every time I was told that the person working on my computer would call me back.....needless to say it took days before I ever received a call back each time.
