Had a dead Lenovo laptop. The guys at Bisconti. Fixed the problem and sorted an overfull hard drive. 1 month later I had a power up fault. And the guys flashed the system and fixed it free of charge. Great service and thanks again.

4 years ago they took my 70 bucks just to tell my laptop was fine. I'm still haunted about it because I was able to fix it myself for 15 bucks. Not too hard to tell if a fan is broken, but I guess it is for these guys. I've been brewing about this forever and am finally getting around to leaving a review. This anger has been eating away at me for years. I've ruined relations with women, family and friends. I'm hoping this post will help me come to terms with the injustice that Bisconti bestowed upon me. Think twice about everything that's important to you in your life before you put your trust in their hands.. Because what can start as a simple broken fan.. can lead to a broken man.

Mike has done work on my MacBook Pro twice. Super nice, helpful, and patient! He told I could call whenever if I had questions. I will be coming back for all of my future computer/laptop/iPhone repairs!

Just purchased a new pc and was very happy with their service. They installed the printer for us and were available for questions that we had the following day. Very satisfied customer.

I went a year and a half without my macbook pro because I was told the logic board was bad and there was no point in replacing it because of the cost. Although they would gladly sell me a new macbook to help me out. Over a year later I reluctantly decided I would have my Mac screened by the Geek Squad, which came back with a bad hard drive (which I originally thought was the problem). It ended up costing me $12 for a hard drive wire and $60 for a solid state hard drive. Thanks for trying to up sell me and making me believe my Mac was worthless. I would never recommend this company to anyone after my experience.

Response: The Geek Squad did my diagnostic for free, and I replaced the hard drive myself. As far as the reliability, my mac has never ran better. I made these repairs about 6 months ago, and as I stated it is performing very well, and I have no plans to...
