Outstanding experience. Had exactly what I need in stock to keep my laptop working. From the repairs to accessories for the past 5 years they've always taken care of me.

My wife took in the laptop because it would not turn on. It took more than a week for them to diagnose a bad hard drive and I was told the total cost would be nearly $400 after the diag fee. I looked around for a cheaper place and found a competitor that was nearly half the cost for the same fix. Glad I didn't have to buy a new computer but cannot recommend this store based the cost of repairs.

Did a repair for me on my sons iPad mini. Within a few days I returned because the adhesive didn't cure correctly and the screen was lifting. Fast forward one year later and the entire screen had come unglued. We didn't know of the problem sooner because the iPad was encased in an otter box case. I took it into the store to fix and they wanted to charge $80 to redo the work. They didn't stand by the work they performed, and with places like fix it fast and other repair shops that offer lower prices and quality guarantees there is no reason to ever return.

Went in a couple of weeks ago to see if they had a basic charger for an ASUS laptop. I do have some computer knowledge and asked the guy there if they had "xyz" brand of a basic charger model thinking maybe they resold older models since you can get various parts from them.
Instead the man behind the counter assumes I'm an ignorant customer and takes me over to a $60 universal charger and tries to tell me it's the only option for me and that I should also bring in my laptop.
I'm all for businesses making deal and buying locally but when I come into a place armed with knowledge beforehand and ask for something specifically, I don't expect to be treated like an idiot.

I bought a basic charger from Amazon for $8 and waited the two days for shipping and it works beautifully; meanwhile Bisconti has one less customer for trying to upsell me a $60 charger...

These guys know their stuff and are honest
