Went in a couple of weeks ago to see if they had a basic charger for an ASUS laptop. I do have some computer knowledge and asked the guy there if they had "xyz" brand of a basic charger model thinking maybe they resold older models since you can get various parts from them.
Instead the man behind the counter assumes I'm an ignorant customer and takes me over to a $60 universal charger and tries to tell me it's the only option for me and that I should also bring in my laptop.
I'm all for businesses making deal and buying locally but when I come into a place armed with knowledge beforehand and ask for something specifically, I don't expect to be treated like an idiot.
I bought a basic charger from Amazon for $8 and waited the two days for shipping and it works beautifully; meanwhile Bisconti has one less customer for trying to upsell me a $60 charger...
