For years, I have been very pleased with the skill and service I've gotten from the owners and staff at Bisconti. Today, that winning streak extended itself. Rebecca handled a problem very efficiently and satisfactorily, and at a nominal cost less than I had anticipated. It's that kind of service that produces a long-term relationship. Thanks.

Needed to reset my network for my printers, they charged me for two and half hours. It should have been a one hour job. Very disappointed and will use another service when the need arises.

I just wanted to thank the Bisconti team for getting me out of a pinch troubleshooting my new workstation yesterday afternoon. Beware of their "no return, no exchange" policy - I have had three Mac adapters from this place go bad in under 30 days and they will not allow for a return for what is, essentially, a defective offbrand product - that by the way sells on Amazon for $22 - Bisconti sells it for $69 and will not help if it goes bad. It's the only tech store I've ever been in my life where they will not help you with defective products, and that should make any buyer leery!
