Was able to take computer right in without an appointment.

They are very very knowledgeable but I believe they charge way too much and it takes for ever to get anything done there so on that note I'm only giving a 2 star rating

Today, I stopped by Bisconti without an appointment or anything because I got a new phone and was having difficulty syncing my phone to my laptop with iTunes. What would be a reasonably quick fix, was actually not. And without the lengthy help from Bobby to troubleshoot my problem, it would not have been resolved. Bobby, without hesitation, professionally helped be to fix my issue. I think this went above and beyond what a person would do and hope that he is recognized for his due diligence and expertise on the issue that was beyond frustrating to me. Great working with you Bobby! I'll be sure to ask for you on my next visit!

A few months back I brought my computer into Bisconti Computers as I had accidentally spilled liquid on it and would not turn back on. The technician called me the next week letting me know it would cost over $800 to fix it as they would have to replace the motherboard due to corrosion. Since this is their job, I took their word on it. So I left it at that and decided the computer was junk. When I decided to finally throw it away, I was going to take the hard drive out, and while doing so, I decided to check to see what the corrosion looked like that they had stated, and to my surprise, I didn't see any on the motherboard. So I put the computer back together and the computer works perfectly fine. So they charged me the fee they charge to check computers and I went out and bought myself a new computer when mine was only a year and half old, when I didn't need to, but currently writing...
