I stopped in to get some help with my key fob to my truck: it had very short range which was getting shorter and shorter all the time. Within ten minutes the store rep got it cleaned and working from a much longer distance!

I had to have a new screen to use my email and was having trouble using it. Jeff got on line remotely with me twice and was very patient walking me through the nuances required to use it. Thanks, Jeff.
I've also used Bisconti to monitor my computer for viruses for the last couple years and have had no issues.

This place won't give you a price on a screen repair
They need to charge you $25 to look at it first then they will give you a price. Beware.

The guy “fixing” my laptop had a sandwich on top of it. Do not bring your computers here unless you want them covered in lettuce and pickle juice absolutely disgusting.
