Be prepared to pay because they know they have you !! .My wife took her computer there and they charged her a $200 retainer to check out her computer and afterwards told her they couldn't do anything with it and charged her the full 200. UbreakIfix didn't charge anything for the same service, Needless to say the will never see us again Reply: I can understand $200 "if" you actually fixed or replaced something but all you did was diagnose the problem which was that you couldn't fix it and you still charged her 200 and UbreakIfix did the same thing for no charge.So what does that say about you .I own my own business and to me that's piss poor customer service.
