I purchased a used laptop from Bisconti in 2010. It is still going strong. Battery drains faster now, but it is 11 years ago.
Getting ready to buy my son his first PC and are looking for something refurbished and don't want to pay an arm and leg for it, so look out Bisconti....here we come. LOL

I took my computer in to get it fixed. I had a windows error code. They fixed my computer, but all of my personal information, social security number, passwords and other identifying info was stolen. Someone went into my unemployment website and changed my banking information to theirs and certified my claim. Luckily, I caught it time or my entire unemployment check would have been stolen.

The person had to have my password. The only way they could have gotten it was from my phone or computer. If it was random the person would have had to change my password using my social security number.

I was reluctant to get my computer fixed because so much of my personal information was on there. I just thought that going through a reputable company would reduce my risk.

Dealing with the owner of this company was probably the best result I had in all of my experiences with this store.

The laptop technicians have no idea what they are doing and don't own up to their mistakes. I brought my laptop here to get a charging port fixed. Not only did it take 5 days for them to even look at it, but when they did the technician broke the plastic palm rest and plastic side parts of my laptop while dismantling it and they told me it was like that when they looked at it and I needed to replace it because it won't go back on. So, they took apart my computer in the wrong way and forced plastic parts open that did not need to be opened to get to the charging port that needed to be fixed. They were going to charge me to fix the plastic part they broke and the charging port and it was going to take a week to even get the parts. I picked up my computer so fast and told them to put it back together (which they did and they put the plastic palm rest back on that "couldn't be put...
