Built a very nice computer for my son- customer service responds fast. Not a expert on computers- couldn’t figure why Wi-Fi wouldn’t work they responded within a hour on how to fix it. I will definitely use them again. Computer is very nice. Thanks 👍

Was missing a screw for my computer and even though it wasn't one they had built or were servicing they helped get me one! No where else in the area had the right size. Super kind and quick service, would recommend!

Had an issue with my new phone, stopped in asking about it and in 3 minutes the tech had it figured out and I was on my way. Plus I wasn't charged stating it only took minutes to figure it out. Maybe felt sorry for a senior citizen...A+++ Thank you

My sons gaming pc kept turning off. I brought it to Bisconti. They did a diagnostic test, and added a new cpu liquid cooler. Never had a problem since. Awesome job :)

I have been going to Bisconti Computers for about 4 years...they are very knowledgeable,
service is great, even when I find out I am the one at fault. They have looked at my computer & not charged me....will keep going to them for service because I really like the service I get.

My iPad was not working today, and the majority of the problem was because of storage on iCloud. It would not back up information. Theresa was so helpful and friendly. She discovered that I had too many apps taking up cloud space. She solved my problem quickly and efficiently. Thank you, Theresa! I will recommend you to anyone I know having computer or iPad issues.

I brought my iPhone 7 Plus in for repair on Tuesday September 14th, 2021. It was charging intermittently. Since that was my only phone, I told them how important it was because my dad calls me from the nursing home 2-4 times a day and if he can’t get ahold of me, he sends out the search committee. It is also my lifeline to possible employment. The lady at the front counter told me that she would have the technician take a look at it and email me with a quote by 4pm. She said there would be a $25 diagnostic fee and that could be applied to the repair. I waited til way after 5pm with no email, I used a friends phone and called to see what was going on. She said the tech went home for the night but it would be $148 to repair. I asked what was wrong with it and she said the USB port needed to be replaced. I assumed she meant the charging port. She said the part would need to be ordered...
