I really appreciate being able to drop off my laptop for a cleanup. It took several days which was longer than I expected but I was really surprised when they said there was no charge because I have your yearly contract. And my computer is indeed much faster than it was before you had an opportunity to work on it. Thank you for being there for all of us computer novices!

I thought my computer would be done faster. It took longer and I had surgery-so I could not pick it up in a timely manner. I also think that part of the diagnostic fee should go towards the repair price.
