Bisconti Computers Inc

I have had Bisconti Computers taking care of both my desktop and my laptop computer for the last couple years and last week I had issues with my laptop. I needed to take a state exam from home and they needed me to disable one of Bisconti‘s programs that was on my laptop to protect it. The program was not able to be disabled and had to be uninstalled, which I was not able to do so I called (the day before the test) and they were able to uninstall remotely. After passing the exam, I took it back in to Bisconti to have them reinstall and do a tuneup (All of which was included in my package). I was only without my laptop for one business day. The staff at Bisconti Computers have been very helpful and professional, and always willing to answer my stupid questions about computers. We purchased all new computers from them and had a persistent problem with the software on one of them. After several service visits they were finally able to track down the problem and fix it.
