Squeeze, Zenmar, Tracey and Valrie are all SCAMMERS.

I placed my order after listening to the Biolife advertisement on the radio. I've now come to regret doing so because it's been nothing but horrible customer service ever since for the following reasons:

#1.They overcharged me when I placed my order. Zenmar had assured me I'll only be charged a final price of $99 flat..nothing more! When I called back soon after to question the additional charge, the customer service rep couldn't explain how/why it happened?

#2. They told me to send back the product which I did but they never refunded my money.

#3.. The reps are liars. Everytime I call, the person I need to speak with is always unavailable and they never return my call.

#4. Eventhough, they own me money, they've been calling me everyday to buy more products!!... Read more >

I wish I can give more than just 5 stars..BEST COMPANY AND PRODUCTS EVER!! THE ALPHA PLUS SUPREME AND THE BIO CLEANSE ARE PHENOMENAL! It helped heal my body from the inside out and I felt healthier and stronger each day. As a 1st time customer, I placed my order a few days ago (after listening to the Biolife advertisement on the radio). I've now come to regret doing so because it's been nothing but horrible customer service ever since for the following reasons:

#1.. They overcharged me when I placed my order. The rep had assured me I'll only be charged a final price of $299 flat..nothing more! When I called back soon after to question the additional charge (pending on my credit card)? The customer service rep couldn't explain the charge or explain how/why it happened?

#2.. I tried to cancel my order (the next day) after I didn't see the refund they promised to my card. I stated my mistrust and requested my order cancelled. The sales rep stated they couldn't do cancellations unless they consult with mr zenmar and that someone will call me back.

I am appreciate that Biolife is relentless about following up with their past customers. The first time I ordered was several years ago. From time to time over the years, I would get a call. It is not annoying at all. You either order or say no thanks. I just placed my second order in years and this call came right on time. Keep up the great work following up with your customers. My elderly mom received a call about the purchasing products which she didn’t want but since they had her credit card info from previous purchase they charge her 3 different times which total $2300 +. They sent her all these products which we returned months ago and she never received a refund. I will Never recommend them!!!! Now mom bank is aware of this dispute. Read more >
