BioShield Pest Control

After several months of call backs about my infestation of bugs and rodents, they couldn’t kill them or even control them. I ended up going to the hardware store and buying Raid and took care of them myself. A total waste of money.

Your people have only been here twice, not sure what I am supposed to say.

We know this company as Bioguard. The company technicians who had serviced our home were outstanding, professional and very knowledgeable. The company provided prevention for pest indoor and outdoor, termite pods and provided the removal of moisture beneath house after a major tropical storm. They were outstanding and professional. Our only complaint was the transition of new office clerical personnel. Otherwise, we would still be customers. Our 5 stars are for the technicians and company manager who assessed the moisture damage beneath our home. Kudos!

I liked the BioShield appointment from the initial visit from the sales person. Then Sam, the technician, was very friendly and understanding to what I needed to have done. She was very thorough with her procedures and made sure all my needs were met in a timely manner. She took her time to explain everything as well as all my questions. I look forward to working with her again in the future!
