I LOVE Bingham Health & Fitness because it’s a pleasant environment to exercise in. My instructor for senior workout classes is very knowledgeable and professional and we have fun besides getting fit.
I like the focus of overall health that is offered through different therapies such as acupuncture, massage and physical therapy.

Jason has done a great job of building his gym and filling it with nice equipment, health professionals, and trainers. Jason never rests on his laurels, so he's always looking for ways to improve the client/member experience and health-related opportunities. Jason is a great trainer, and business owner, and this facility is awesome. It’s focused to specialized classes and individualized training from personal trainers so you don’t get the massive crowds, yet it lacks nothing in the amenities you would expect from a gym. Highly recommend!! Read more >
