Excellent Health and Fitness facility and training. Jason has done a fantastic job creating an area where you can train independently, with a personal trainer, or with a group. I highly recommend.

I've been a member at Bingham for a couple of months now and I do really like it. The class sizes are small, and I also have the option to use the gym side as well. I've had an opportunity to work out with several of the trainers and all are knowledgeable and fun with my workout goals in mind.

An amazing facility all around! From the assortment of equipment, to the knowledgeable staff you couldn’t ask for a better gym! The different classes that are offered there is something for everyone. Very glad I found this gym and am a part of this community!

Brendan’s mobility class is an excellent starting point for anyone looking to improve their movement, flexibility, and overall body awareness. As a beginner, I really appreciated how approachable and well-structured each session is. Brendan takes real care in his instruction, always making sure everyone understands the movements and feels comfortable adjusting exercises to suit their needs.

What sets his class apart is the attention to detail—he doesn’t just tell you what to do, he explains why it matters and how it connects to better performance and injury prevention. You can tell he genuinely wants his students to feel and move better, and that makes all the difference.

Highly recommended for anyone new to mobility work or just looking for a thoughtful, supportive environment to move and to learn.

This facility has a private and encouraging atmosphere. The trainers meet you were you are physically and mentally as it relates to fitness. Bingham fitness offers several services to fit the goals of the client. I recommend this exercise facility especially for individuals who are tired of the large corporate "feel" of major franchised gyms.

Great little personal training gym that's like a one stop shop for physical therapy, massage and acupuncture. Nice escape from the mega gyms.

I love Bingham Health & Fitness as it is a unique and multi-service gym. I love the fitness and stretch classes, the people and the many different services. I just started the acupuncture treatment and am excited about how well I am feeling and sleeping.
