I’ve been going to Bingham and training with Megan at Live Empowered Fitness for about 2 years! I appreciate the small gym atmosphere where I don’t feel intimidated or judged. All the trainers are very friendly and if there are others training while I’m there, everyone is extremely supportive. Jason, the owner, is always looking for new and exciting things to do and provide for clients and is very receptive to feedback. The equipment is everything you get from a “big box” gym but with the one on one personal attention to your needs at an affordable membership… FREE!!! This is the first gym and trainer that in all my life I’m actually seeing results that stick. I trained throughout my pregnancy and got back at it after I got the ok and my bounce back was so fast and I contribute that to the one on one training with people who understand your needs. Bingham Health and fitness offers small workout classes that are perfectly geared to helping the individual achieve their goals.
Anne Marie is a great instructor who leads the group with warmth and even fun.
