Excellent work. They were prompt and straightforward when it came to setting everything up and discussing rates. I moved from Highland Park to Somerset and everything went great on the day of the move as well - the crew (Tank, Joe, Roy, and Tyler) were friendly, professional, handled everything with care, and made sure everything got where it needed to go. I would definitely recommend.

Why don’t they offer 10 stars? If they did, Big G certainly would deserve them for the work they did on my move. I contacted them on the recommendation of my cousin who was a former neighbor of the owner, Gary. Gary was great to work with as far as arranging the manpower and equipment for the move day and explaining what his pricing included (which I thought was commensurate for the work performed in moving stuff from my 3-story home to a blessedly one-floor ranch). Joe and Tank and the rest of the crew were so polite and constantly asked me if there was anything I needed or had a concern about to let them know. They thoroughly wrapped a china cabinet with mirrors and glass shelves as well as my tv and other more fragile items - everything arrived in perfect shape. The guys asked me where everything should be placed and rolled out my rugs and made sure they were where I wanted them....

Today my son and his girlfriend were moving from a 2 bedroom townhouse in Perth Amboy to another 2 bedroom townhouse in Scotch Plains. We called on Big G to do the move and I was very impressed they were able to get all their items into the truck in about 2 hours. They worked so hard and efficiently. I will totally use this moving company again and I will definitely recommend them to others. The owners and their team are very friendly and personable. Thanks Big G!

Hired Big G to move my mom to a new assisted living facility. Traci was great at giving detailed information at the outset regarding pricing,, wrapping and packaging items. The move was scheduled for today and Big G sendt Eddie, Shannon and Elby to do the job. These three guys were Great!!! The showed up when they were scheduled to show up, and they were friendly and kind to my mom. They worked hard and got the move done very quickly. Thanks Big G - you came through as promised!!!!

I read a review that said Big G takes the stress out of stressful moves, and it was absolutely correct! Traci and Gary were responsive and helpful, and the moving team was amazing. They worked fast and so well as a team; they were funny and friendly, all while being super professional and respectful of our things. This was our 4th move in 5 years, and it was the best company I've worked with.

We have used Big G twice, once to move from Fords to Matawan, and just recently I had them load up a truck for us for our move to Maryland. In both situations, every single item was meticulously wrapped with blankets, tape and shrink wrap to ensure that not a single item (or wall!) was damaged during the removal or the move. Even the people who helped us unload the truck commented on how great a job was done with the wrapping and how it was loaded onto the truck. We were both a bit frazzled from the stress of packing and one of the first things the guy said to us when they showed up (I'm sure I looked like a jittery mess at that point) was "It's ok, you can relax, we got this." and he was absolutely right.

Big G Movers sent Joe’s Crew to move my sister across town. I was blown away by their promptness, speed, and attention to detail. The arrived on time. My sister pointed out the items she was moving – and Joe's Crew went into action!

From the initial contact (online chat), to the deposit process online, to the move – every step was flawless. Joe’s Crew even stopped at another location to pickup a heavy table and chairs for her apartment.
