2 hours late to give us our quote. The person coming to give us a quote said they decided to make other stops before us instead of coming to our appointment in a timely fashion after they had promised to be here an hour and a half after the original scheduled time blatantly disregarding our renovation timeline and our personal time. Highly unprofessional.
Update to response: Your person texted us saying he had finally arrived at 12:54. I texted them at 12:50 saying not to bother and that we would take our business elsewhere after texting at 12:41 asking if they were still on their way with no response. We value punctuality and responsiveness. When you make a commitment to a client we expect it to be kept. Your text clearly stated you would be there BY 12:30 which I had accepted. Never once did you ask if you could come after 12:30. Had you asked I would have rescheduled.
