We had the worst and devastating experience with this company! I would never recommend this company to anyone ever! They were calling us for months trying to buy our house we agreed upon and amount signed a contract that had no clauses for them to back out of or renegotiate. There was no fine point no or anything. We went under contract with another home since we signed contract to sell ours. We paid $15,000 And took our kids to pick out their rooms in the new house. Only to get a phone call on our way home from our kids picking out their bed rooms that this messed up company will not hold up their own end of the contract. As well as wanted to cheat us out of 20 thousand dollars for our house. As you can imagine we were extremely upset! We tried to give the company a chance to redeem Them selves by either renegotiating closer to Our find contracted amount and or giving us the $15,000...

I only had a short conversation and scheduled a visit to evaluate our home in order to provide us with an offer. There isn’t anything really to review at this point.
