The two women doing the cleaning did a great job. The house was vacant (1600 sq ft) and had been "cleaned" by someone that the landlord hired. It was somewhat clean but not adequate. After the Better Choice team finished, it was spotless. So, I am pleased. I am giving 4 out of 5 stars, however, because I have the nagging feeling that they milked an extra hour out of the job. For two professionals and no furniture or other impediments, I believe the job should have taken no more than 2.5 or 3 hours max. This matters because they are paid by the hour. Also, it is not as if the house was a mess. It was actually pretty clean but I wanted them to shore up areas that were missed. So, I ended up paying more than I wanted. I wasn't there for most of the service but when I did show up I could tell that they were speeding up since I was watching. I guess this is to be expected but...

I contacted this company in regards to getting my carpets cleaned. This company is amazing. Denys was very nice and professional quick and efficient. They actually showed up 1 hour before they was scheduled to come out which I was happy about that. Definitely will contact them when it’s time to get my mattress clean. And on top of that they left the carpets smelling like they just came out the washer machine. 5 stars

I highly recommend this company. I’ve lived in Texas for 5 years and they are truly the best. Their standards for deep cleaning is exactly how I would do it. They don’t waste anytime and get straight to work which I love. They are very time efficient and kind. I give them 10/10 anyway!!
