We had a fish tank leak that caused water damage behind the tank as well as on the basement ceiling and walls. Ethan was our technician and he was amazing! Super helpful, explained everything he was doing and why, and he even took the conservative approach (like not cutting out drywall unless absolutely necessary) as to not incur additional expenses that were not needed. Very professional and kind! Communication with both Ethan and BOR was clear and timely and we will definitely be using them again in the future if we ever have any water issues, but let’s hope we dont ;)
