We had a great crew in Anthony, Isaiah and Travis. They handled our household goods with great care and we had little to no stress in the entire move. Thank you to the move team. There was a bit of confusion with the billing and after speaking with Kingston, he worked through it and followed up with me a few times to keep me in the loop, which is so rare these days, he was able to get with a supervisor and they came through and made it right. I was offered a refund on a charge in question. Honestly the customer service all around was stellar and they truly do care about their customers and making it right. Moving is never a pleasant thing. Whether it's planned or unexpected there are a lot of emotions we experience with moving. Best moving did all they could to ensure moving was as smooth as possible. They provided a moving check list of things I could do to prepare for the move and called the day before the move and went over last minute things on what I could expect. If I ever had to move again, I would not hesitate to use Best of Utah Moving and would request Bronson, Ben, Zach P, and Kaiser! Their customer service is wonderful; from the time of my first phone call to move-in, I knew what to expect and if I had any questions, phone calls and emails were answered quickly. We had a 3 level townhome we were moving out of plus a 16’ pack rat and the guys worked so hard and were so efficient! The entire process took less than 4 hours, which we greatly appreciated. Something else to mention is they have their own fleet of branded moving trucks; I can’t tell you how many times we’ve booked movers (in other states) who’ve often had issues with their rental trucks.
