Two of my roommates & I needed to move our items from a storage unit into our new apartment and not only was their rate the CHEAPEST (even for the companies claiming to be “the cheapest” in the valley, & trust me, I called a lot of places lol ) but QUALITY was not skimped on despite the savings.
I hadn’t been personally recommended them & honestly hadn’t even read their reviews (besides just checking their avg rating) but our move-in packet included fliers of nearby services someone might use for moving & we were just trying to move ASAP.
They were very COMMUNICATIVE, in reaching back out to detail their services and rates (TRANSPARENCY) as well as in the process of setting up the appointment (reminders, flexibility, availability, etc.), taking the “down payment” (which is super HELPFUL for paying after cause they already have your card info but it’s like...
