They had a plan and communicated effectively to make sure my items were cared for during the move! I have a big beautiful live plant and they made sure to be extra cautious and courteous while handling it. I really appreciated their upbeat vibes and professionalism! I can’t recommend Best of Utah Moving enough! From the very first interaction, everyone I spoke with was incredibly responsive, kind, and thorough in explaining the process, which immediately gave me confidence in the move. They made what could have been a stressful move one of the smoothest, most positive experiences I’ve ever had, even with a few unexpected obstacles along the way.

On moving day, Austin reached out ahead of time to let me know they were on the way, which gave me plenty of time to get ready. I really appreciated that proactive communication, it set the tone for the whole day. When I explained that there was going to be an additional challenge at my new place because the complex was redoing the blacktop, making access to the apartment more difficult than usual, Austin reassured me it wouldn’t be an issue.
